Grant Reporting
Providers who received funds during Round 1 and Round 2 must only complete one report for the full sum awarded. Providers will receive automated reminders to submit their grant reports and must submit them within 30 days of the end of the reporting period. Failing to report expenditures on a timely basis will result in providers being ineligible for future Build, Learn, Grow initiatives.
Reporting Reminder for Build, Learn, Grow Stabilization Grant Recipients
![]() Awarded providers are asked to report on their use of stabilization grant funds. Reporting ensures funds are being invested in accordance with allowable grant uses, and that awardees are expending funds in a timely manner. Grant recipients must submit their grant report through the Build, Learn, Grow Stabilization Grant portal in I-LEAD by January 30, 2023. Please include the following in this report:

If someone no longer has access to a child care facility that received stabilization grant funds but they're required to file a report, they will need to contact Rene Withers at rene.withers@fssa.in.gov for additional assistance.
